Hi! I’m Steven Waite, a Library Technician with the Navajo County Library District. I have the unique and vital role of serving as the District courier—basically, I get to be “Book Santa” all year long! I travel all around Navajo County delivering books and other fun materials to our member libraries, helping ensure that great resources make their way to the communities that need them.

I’ve been happily married to my amazing wife for 32 years, and together we have four awesome children and one stunning grandchild who keeps life extra joyful. When I’m not on the road making library magic happen, you’ll usually find me working on outdoor projects or roughing it while camping in the woods.

I’m also a proud computer nerd, always happy to tinker with tech and learn something new. Whether it’s behind the scenes with technology or behind the wheel delivering books, I love being part of what keeps our libraries connected and thriving.
